I'm very happy to say that whatever has been going on these days, I've been fortunately unaffected. It certainly would have made work a bit of a challenge.

And, as it happens, I met perhaps one of the most charming women this weekend. I think I was taken with her from the start, but now I feel like a fool for not asking for her number. Ah well. It wasn't meant to be, I suppose.
