A three year old and a yard might be perfect for him. He's small enough to be kept inside in the evenings, has had all his shots and has been fixed. He's also litter box trained, so you'd only have to worry about him making that sort of mess when he wasn't feeling well. He was a stray so I don't have a full history on him but the vet says he's healthy, so signs of disease or anything else to worry about.
