Well I hope you find something that'll give you what you need. There are so many great ways to get out there and test your body's strengths these days.
Martial arts are great. Me and a friend practice a really loose form she learned from her dad, but I'm looking forward to some real training, myself.
I'd suggest some gymnastics, but I'm not sure what your schedule is like. It's extremely rewarding, but I'm a little biased.
