The surgery went well. They got all of it out, and so I'm starting chemo in a week or two.

I've had surgery so many times now that I wonder if this will be the last time for me. My luck seems to be running out these days.

If anyone wants to visit while I'm not allowed to move much in bed for a couple of days, I appreciate ice cream and video games.

Surgery? That sounds bad!

I hope your luck really isn't running out, though... I don't know you, but still! Having lots of those is never fun, and being stuck in bed is awful.

I don't really know much about video games. There's people always playing things on the bus, do you mean like one of those hand-held thingies?

It was.

Hopefully it's only for a couple of days, and I'll be up and running in no time.

I'm not good at the hand held ones. I like the ones on the consoles.

Can we sneak one o'those into the hospital? I don't really know how things work 'round here.

Or how game 'consoles' work at all. Except I know you hook them up to a television! We didn't really have one where I grew up, the kids would've all fought over it anyway.

I'm home actually. I got released today, so no hospitals. I still have to take it easy though.

Right yep, you hook them up to a tv then you.. play them. It differs on the game.

Well, that's a little nicer at least.

It seems silly, I know. I'm so behind on the times, I think Belle's scared when I even take the bus.

With good reason, too, because sometimes you really do end up in the wrong place.

Anyway, do you have someone to play games with?

Wow yeah that's pretty bad. I mean I guess whatever you want to do but I've never met anyone who hasn't played a video game before.
