Annie didn't believe that Finnick was a bad person. She wouldn't believe that even if she knew exactly what had happened in his Games. He was only doing what he had to do to survive, just like Annie hid. She was small, too small to try to fight. The advice Finnick and Mags gave her was good advice. She should hide. Although Annie found herself wanting to know if hiding was enough to save herself in this dream world.
"I don't think we watched anything like that," Annie replied. She was glad to cling onto the idea that they both must have seen something though. Just talking about it with Finnick made her feel better, but she didn't want him to leave and she didn't want to sleep. "But it must have been something."
Annie sighed and shook her head. They weren't going to figure this out tonight. Not when they were both so upset, or at least Annie was. It was hard to tell what Finnick was besides a little freaked out. "You'll stay with me tonight, won't you? I don't want you to leave," she admitted. She never wanted Finnick to leave.
