Peter blinked at her reaction, and looked back and forth trying to decide if he was in the wrong. Thinking, he decided he wasn't, because fact of the matter was no human in scientifically recorded history had ever been able to do that. It wasn't as if he cared, he thought it'd be cool of she was an alien! He wasn't trying to be insulting. Hell, he wished he wasn't human most of the time.
"Actually, the idea that aliens would have vastly dissimilar bodies and organ types than us is not necessarily true; while likely, it is still just as likely they'd act, breathe, and be the same as us, based entirely on what constitutes the appropriate make up of life. Who's to say an alien couldn't just be another human on another planet? Simple enough to think, but... fine, you're human, born here. But in my defense, you did say you were a pony, which last I checked was a type of equine. Or actually is an equine, and pony is a slang term for them."
He shrugged, "Sorry if I offended you, but no human in recorded history has ever been able to lift something with their mind, or find gems with their 'magic' as you call it. So I assumed maybe Pony meant something different, and when you said you were a pony, maybe it was your... race of alien or something? Not like an actual four-legged animal pony, because... well obviously you're not that."
