Everything was a mess. At least it was in Raven's head. Between making her patrols longer, work, hiding in the mirror to meditate to try and keep a control of her abilities thanks to the latest set of dreams, she wasn't taking time for herself. She wasn't important in that, at least that was her mind set. What mattered was making sure she didn't cause damage or let Trigon out because she wasn't in control of her abilities. Because she wasn't strong enough. So much for having come into her own and not carrying all that guilt and responsibility on her shoulders... Well no, it was always there. It would never leave her mind, not really. But it hadn't been in the forefront of her thoughts in months. But between nightmares and reams and worry, it was back.
Really. She should have just gone back home once her shift was over to meditate and realign herself and make sure her emotions were locked away after a very long morning. The joys of working the opening shift. However, she was at the bookstore, it had a siren's call for her sometimes. And well, apparently self care was important. Or more that she was determined to find books that might help. While it wasn't one of the full on occult bookstores in the area, it was a small one, second hand, and they had a variety of books, including on things that fell under the occult and meditation.
Nodding to the bookstore clerk as she entered, the seventeen year old made her way to the section she would best find books that might help. This was her problem. She was the one who would need to deal with it. Yes, she was better at team work now thanks to the dreams, but at the end of the day, any threat that dealt with Trigon was in the end her responsibility.
