Who: Will and Francis.
What: Will is blindsided by an unwanted, real world meeting.
When: Sunday (September 6).
Where: Somewhere in Orange County.
Rating/Warnings: TBD / Likely triggery talk or brief mentions of violent acts.
Status: In Progress.
It's a nice day. Despite that turmoil that is Will's mind, he feels somewhat rejuvenated after his boat outing the day before. He hasn't even seen any apparitions of Abigail yet today, no not-there figures to make conversation with, and that's nice, too. Will's only willing to deal with so much dream bleed over at once. Abigail isn't something he's ready to handle just yet.
Actually, there are a lot of things Will's not ready to handle, even beyond the scope of his dreams. For one, the fact that a real world friend has blood thirsty vampirism in his future. So that's why Will is admiring how nice a day it is. Out with the dogs, it's almost easy to forget those pesky details. Or it should be. Something up the sidewalk catches Buster's attention. The little dog catches Will unaware as he tries to push forward, pulling Will off balance and causing him to ungracefully bump into a very solid man walking the other direction.
"Shit - Buster." The dog stops, sitting where he is and sulking at the tone in Will's voice. "Sorry. I'm so-" Will's voice freezes much like his heart stops. No keeps repeating in his head, and despite his better judgement, he takes a step back, instincts making him recoil - not to run, but to regroup. Put his defenses up.
He wishes he had worn his glasses today.
