Elizabeth was stood waiting in the vestibule of the college waiting for the next new student to arrive. After talking it over for John, they'd decided to offer some tours of the campus for new students to help them get acquainted with the new building. Tucking her hair behind her ear, she spotted someone coming towards her looking like a new student. Smiling, she stretched out a hand in greeting, "Hi there, I'm Dr Weir, nice to meet you."

	"It must be, because I have never been referred to as a babe magnet," John laughed. "Well, she's a nurse. She's actually English but came out here to study when she was nineteen and uh...I kind of almost ruined the whole thing by making a bad joke about a jealous ex," he winced. "To be fair, I didn't know she was English until we were on the date. I replied to a post she put up on the Net about her Dreams," John told her with a little laugh. "I hope so, I mean we managed to recover from me kind of...bringing up her ex husband and child who died ten years ago," he winced even as he said it, because it was just as awful to repeat his faux pas to his friend.

	"Yeah, I know," John grimaced, rubbing the back of his neck anxiously. "She said it was ok, I mean, we moved on from that subject pretty quickly and danced and talked some more," he shrugged, a grin tugging at his lips as he spoke. 	John threw his head back and laughed at that, gently slinging his arm around Sarah's shoulders and turning them to start walking towards the cafeteria. 	"Very disappointing" she teased, "But throw in something chocolatey for dessert and I might forgive you" she added with a wink as they walked. He may not be a friend with benefits anymore but he was still a friend and Sarah was very glad of that. (Reply to this) (Parent)
