Who: Grumpy Cat Obi-Wan and OPEN
When: Starting Oct. 7 (So during Speech Balloon Plot)
Where: Various Places
What: Obi-Wan's adventures as a cat...
Rating/Warning: TBD, Probably not high
Status: In Progress

He'd made it home, in spite of his tiny size, children who liked to pull his tail, and, worst of all, dogs. Dogs. He had dogs, too--three of them. Obi-Wan approached his home with cautious steps. The front door wasn't an option, since he was lacking opposable thumbs, so he had to circle for an open window. His worst fear was that the trio of boxers would be running around the backyard, but the grounds were quiet. A little too quiet...

But at the moment he was a beggar who couldn't be a chooser. His Force abilities had gone totally dead, but his newfound animal senses almost made up for it. So, despite the feeling of ill-foreboding , Obi-Wan proceeded toward the back of the house.

He was considerably fluffier than when he'd left that morning, with lovely white fur and a long tail. His eyes were still the same piercing blue. But on his lips was a pronounced frown, very similar to the photographs of the grumpy cat Padme had shown him--and it was debatable if there was much of a change there.

Thank heavens! the back door was ever so slightly open. Better yet, the dogs were nowhere to be seen! Obi-Wan's pace quickened as he hurried toward the sliding glass. His nails clicked on the tile as crossed over the last of the yard. A look left, a look right... all he had to do was make it upstairs and take up residence in whatever room was open until someone came home. And then... Obi-Wan really had no idea how he'd get himself out of this predicament and he was trying not to think about the possibility of being stuck this way. The first goal was to get to the safe harbor of an empty bedroom.

But his nails went click click click on the kitchen tile. He slowed his pace, unsure how to soften the blow of each step. It seemed a very long way to the carpeted staircase.

Suddenly, all the hair on his back stood straight up. Even before he understood what had set him off, Obi-Wan's heart was racing. And then came the sounds of panting and of much BIGGER paws on the kitchen tile. The dogs! It was as if he'd tripped a wire and set off an alarm system. A tiny thought balloon above Obi-Wan's head read: OH HELL NO.

With a terrified-sounding screech, he just barely made it out of the house before the boxers had him by the tail.
