Scud didn't need to know where Lo was. They had a good arrangement. They hung out when they wanted, slept together when they wanted and basically had a pretty great relationship. Basically, they both just liked their space, and acted on promise and trust that nothing weird was going on otherwise. Scud had swore off sleeping with the whole of California for the other man, after all.
Scud only shrugged, leaning against the kitchen counter and lighting a smoke lazily. "Pretty okay. Took the day off. My shop ain't open yet anyway, so figured I might as well while I could, right?"
