Wedding planning had taken a bit of a backseat as Rebekah got ready to return to college for her final year. Hopefully she would finish everything up and get her teaching degree. It was kind of scary to go back to school after taking some time off for her daughter, but she was ready to get back into the swing of things. There would be a bit of separation anxiety, but she was able to get a class schedule that allowed her to get done earlier so she could get home to spend time with Natalia.

And today was Friday, which meant she didn't have any classes this semester on this day and she was determined to get some of the wedding planning out of the way. She met with a few planners that her mother had recommended, but she wasn't quite sure if she wanted to settle on one right now. She wanted to come up with ideas first before enlisting the help of someone. So, she was at the kitchen table with a giant binder and a stack of printouts and magazines. Natalia was in a bouncer beside the table and she was googling venues. She lifted her head up and called out to Stefan, "Did we decide if we wanted a spring or summer wedding? Maybe early June? That way I'm out of school. And did we want indoor or outdoor? I'm trying to look at venues."

He watched her write down her little note on the colorful paper and he let out a little laugh. She was always doing this, notes seemed to be her thing, not that he minded at all. Since she was the one keeping the wedding planner notebook, she probably needed all the notes she could get. This was such a big event and Stefan wanted everything perfect for them.

"There's plenty of people out there that modeled as kids, and didn't keep doing it when they became adults. It wouldn't be horrible for her to be in a couple of photoshoots... Nothing too dramatic though," he promised Bekah, cocking his head and giving her a warm smile. "Even if they don't get published, might be a fun keepsake, don't you think?"

"Yeah, nothing dramatic. No baby twerking or anything like that. But even if they don't go anywhere I would love to do a nice photo shoot with us as a family. I remember my mother used to have us go in every year for professional family photos. I think maybe we should start doing that," she loved looking back at all the old pictures and see how the family grew over the years. It would be nice to get some professional pictures of Natalia to display around the house.

"So, have you decided on how many groomsmen you're going to have? Are you going to stick all my brothers up there? That makes it so much more difficult for me since I'm the only girl, so now I've got to dig deep into my group of friends to get enough so we have even numbers," she knew it was probably too soon to ask, but she wanted to get a head start on figuring out who to ask. She didn't have a large group of friends, but she had good friendships.

Stefan rolled his eyes at her and gave a laugh, beginning to bounce Natalia again, her tiny hands grasping at his jeans while she giggled and moved. "No baby twerking or anything weird, I promise. But I think family pictures are a good idea, actually. Just...not those really boring ones, please." He pulled a face and lifted Natalia up into his arms, cradling his small bundle of joy with affection on his face.

"As for groomsmen. I think...maybe only Nick and Damon and...I don't know. But not all of your brothers. I gotta make it a little easy on you," he replied, knowing that Rebekah would have to try a little harder than him to get her bridal party together.

"No, we aren't boring parents, so we could do fun ones. I love looking at those fun pictures of engagements and stuff on pinterest! OH! There we go, we can take engagement pictures and Natalia can be in a few of them since she is part of the reason that we've stuck together. I'm only keeping you around because we make pretty children," she teased him as she leaned over to kiss him before placing a kiss on top of Natalia's head. She was perfection and Rebekah couldn't be happier with their baby and their relationship at this point.

"Mkay, that's what I was thinking you would most likely go with. I understand not going with all my brothers since you don't know them all as well as you know Nick. And I appreciate you wanting to make it easy on me. So sweet."

He gave a bit of a sigh at her suddenly bringing up pinterest--he wasn't much of a social or blogging site kind of person, but it felt like all women were into that pinterest crap these days. "We can come up with something. I mean, you've seen some of those weird photos I've done," Stefan told her, pressing his lips together into a line. No one said being a model would always be glamorous, that much he was certain of.

"Nick is like that much nicer brother I never had," Stefan teased, returning Rebekah's kiss and making a content sound. "All your brothers are great though, even Elijah. Even when he's doing that whole...rich guy thing he does."

Pinterest was probably created just for women to make lists and online scrapbooks. It was extremely easy to use and Rebekah did her best not to completely waste her time on it. But she couldn't help but enjoy the pictures she saw and used them for ideas in her own life. "I even love the weird pictures you take. We'll find a nice normal photographer that will take nice, fairly normal pictures of us. I do want to have a little fun with our pictures."

"Ha de ha. Well, welcome to having even more brothers than you can possibly imagine. You'll cry for the days when it was just Damon and you didn't have to deal with my family," she murmured playfully before reaching up to play with Stefan's hair as she moved her chair closer to his, "And yeah, Elijah is odd. I mostly ignore his 'too cool for school' attitude."

"Shouldn't be too hard to find someone willing to take 'fairly normal' family photos," he replied to her with a smile and leaned in a little closer to his fiance while making sure Natalia was secure in her place on his lap, content with just sitting there and sucking at her fingers and Stefan's shirt. "That's the most common market for pictures."

Stefan planted a kiss on Rebekah's cheek and laughed deep in his throat when she brought up all her brothers. He was always really amazed how Bekah was the only girl in all of her siblings, but that also made him very happy. If she'd had a sister, she might not be quite the same. "I'm sure it has something to do with your parents. No offense to them. Hopefully he'll be perfectly behaved at the wedding."

"Fairly normal is the keyword since I don't think we can ever be perfectly normal. I don't think it woudl be much fun to be normal either. I just really want some lovely pictures of us with our baby girl before she gets too big. We may need to start doing the yearly pictures of her like we did when she was aging by months," when he leaned closer she smiled playfully at him. It was moments like this when she was the most content with Stefan. There was something perfect about being in their house alone with their daugther.

The kiss made her smile and the laugh only made it bigger. He was absolutely stunning and she couldn't believe how lucky she was. The comment about her family earned a laugh and she ran a finger along his jawline, "Oh it's totally my parents' fault. They are insane so we're all a little insane. And I'm sure he will be behaved. He doesn't typically make a scene."

"I think that's a perfect idea. Then when Nat is a teenager, we can look back on them and she can roll her eyes and say we're embarrassing parents. Isn't that right, Nat," Stefan asked the little girl, looking down at her and being met with wide eyes and a pleased cooing sound. He couldn't resist placing a kiss on her forehead.

As her finger slid along his square jaw, Stefan looked back up at her and turned his head, pressing his lips against her hand with a content sigh. "I like you, insanity and all. If I didn't, I wouldn't be here. But, I consider myself very lucky."

"Exactly. We need lots of blackmail for when she becomes a teenager," she grinned as she watched Stefan interact with their daughter and she couldn't help but feel her heart melt a little. This was definitely what love was and she couldn't be any happier.

The lips against her hand made her giggle a little, "Well, I am so very lucky that you like crazy girls. You're perfect for me."
