It does not seem to matter how much time I spend in this country I will never get used to this time of year and the need people feel to dress up like things of nightmares.

Also, do not tip your driver with candy, it is not appreciated.

Other good 'safety measures' are stun guns and knuckle dusters.

I wouldn't suggest any kind of chemical spray. Close quarters isn't the place for that.
