Stahma closed her eyes, grimacing a bit as one of her bodyguards applied pressure to her gunshot wound. She wasn't dying, but she still didn't like having to tell Nat she wasn't coming home in pristine condition. And she'd have yet another scar for her efforts. At least this one wasn't in her abdomen this time. She tried to keep her breathing even as she called Nat and waited for her to pick up.

"On my way back." She closed her eyes, drawing in a breath. "It's not fatal, but I need a bullet removed." And she'd be damned if it was done while in a moving vehicle.

"I don't bleed red anymore," she practically hissed. Later on, she'd feel a little bad about her less than stellar mood. But it was also more than to be expected considering she had been shot.

The car hit a bump in the road and Stahma let out a string of obscenities in Castithan before she shoved at her bodyguard to leave her alone. "I told the driver to head for home. Whether that's the closest location, I am uncertain at present." She was being short and cranky, but that was how Stahma got when she was injured. And when business meetings didn't go as smoothly as she'd planned.

"Okay, home it is, crankypants." Nat got up, saving her work and shutting her computer down. "I'm on my way too."

She'd make her own damn determination if she needed to call Thor or Angela.
