Yesterday the Orange County Courtroom witnessed the incredible transformation of Dr. Bruce Banner during the trial of Obidiah Stane, accused of twice hiring gunmen to kill billionaire industrialist Tony Stark. After the incindiary Defense cross-examination of Stark, court was adjourned around 4pm, when an unidentified gunman attempted to shoot Mr. Stark in the lobby. Mr. Stark appeared to be wearing a bullet-proof vest, and was unharmed. Dr. Banner underwent an 'incredible' transformation, growing in size and strength, as well as adopting a green hue and escaping the city with considerable property damage. Three people were taken to Irvine General Hospital with serious injuries.
Dr. Banner was tried and acquitted in a lab fire at Massachusetts Institute of Technology six years ago where both he and Mr. Stark are alumni. He is also one of the co-founders of Stark Industries, whose IPO last week set records for a public offering. The Trial has been suspended until next week.
