I suppose that, seeing as we're going in just about two weeks, I thought I'd let you all know that I've in fact got everything planned and booked. I know Athos is going to start stressing soon if he thinks we're wandering in blindly, so, this one is for you, old friend. :)

I've got our hotel booked. Athos and D'Artagnan, you two have one room and Porthos and I are in the one next door. I have been reliably informed this is an excellent hotel and within a good distance of things.

I was planning on us taking one car? I just figured since this will be something of a bonding experience, it would be fun. I volunteer mine, since I know where we're going and all. If we're all in favour, I'll have you all picked up by no later than noon on April 17th. That way we can get into the city hopefully between 7-8, and pip down to Pier 39 for some cheesy tourist fun and some good food.

Also, here are non-negotiable bonding activities (no complaining - we need to spend SOME time together as a group and I'm a shameless tourist): The Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz night tour. Both on Saturday (April 19). If we go to the bridge early enough we can spend a good chunk of time hanging around there, the tour of Alcatraz isn't until dark. Obviously.

Beyond that, free reign. I do have a comprehensive list of the best of San Francisco nightlife. Just make sure you pack it all in before we go home Monday morning.

Thoughts/Feelings/Complaints?

- Aramis.

PS. also I'm taking submissions for a road trip playlist.

PPS. - After all is said and done, I'll make a total tally for the hotel and the cost of gas. Then I'll split it and let you know what you all owe me? No rush on paying me back, whenever you have the means to. I trust you're all honorable enough.

I'm impressed, this is all very well organized. Of course I'm willing to pay my fair share of things.

Will the night tour not be too spooky for the lad? Wouldn't want to traumatize anyone for life, or anything. But it sounds like fun.

Good idea too, getting two rooms.

As for music, I listen to a bit of hip-hop and rap, but also a bit of opera. Not sure if either of those are wanted.

Everyone seems so shocked that I can plan ahead. Should I be offended?

I'm more concerned about myself finding it terrifying. I might need someone strong and well-built to hold on to.

I want to make a playlist that pleases everyone, so I will definitely put some on there.

Oh no, where will we find you someone strong and well built? We may have to rent someone. Does our budget account for renting strong and well built men?

Yeah, all right. Who doesn't like Tupac?

I don't know. I'll have to investigate. How much do you think one goes for?
