So! I ran things by the mods, and finally got through my next little plot point with everyone's... well, crazy Russian vampire.

Panther! I had thought this might make a good lead up to the Purifyer plot, if you were interested? I don't know how you had wanted it to start out, but maybe if someone noticed (NPC) mutants were being targeted, it might get people suspicious?
