If there was one thing that Erik could do besides music, it was herbalism. Trained by gypsies, he was just as potent with his hands at concocting remedies and draughts as he was creating beautiful song with his voice. If the draught didn't put her to sleep, he could probably sing her to sleep. He hadn't done that in a while, but he knew he hadn't lost the knack for it. And so he entered his office, a small vial of a liquid made with distilled plants that was sure to knock her unconscious. Right?

	Joanne didn't seem to be moving at all, was she even breathing? Hm. Well she was when she startled awake in his arms on the way to the bedroom. 	What the hell was she doing? Shit, he thought she was out cold until she flailed in his arms and he lost his hold, dropping both her keys and her to the floor with a thud. He winced at the sound of her body smacking the floor, but what could he do? He had a loose hold on her and he wasn't prepared for her to wake up. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	With a loud thump, her ass hit the floor and she yelped, "Fucking.. christ.. ow.. jesus.." she frowned up at him. "What the..." she muttered. She couldn't really blame him but, "That really.. fucking hurt.." she thought maybe she hurt herself. "I.." she swallowed. 	"I'm sorry, but you were moving around too much and I couldn't hold you." He actually found it amusing that she'd landed on her ass, which he showed with a wry smile over his lips. 	She could see the smile, and it made her frown at him. She would have taken his hand if he wasn't smirking. Instead she smacked his hand away and got up to her feet. "It's not funny," she grumbled. She rubbed the small of her back and sighed. Now she'd have to heal herself. She could do that later. "Yeah well.. I guess it didn't stick.. the falling asleep part." 	Jo just gave him a Look, "Oh please, like you give a damn. Too busy sitting there laughing at other people. THAT is why people don't like you.. forget your face.. you're an asshole.." she pointed to the door, "There it is.." and then she stomped off down the hall into her room without saying anything else.
