Mary closed her eyes and knew she was blushing. His fingers in her hair felt good, and she tiptoed up to meet his mouth. "You're welcome," she murmured, turning her head. She knew he'd only kissed the corner of his mouth to be polite, but she wanted to actually kiss him. Her tiny hands went to cup his cheeks and pull him closer.
