Entry tags:dani winchester, neal caffrey

Who: Dani Winchester and Neal Caffrey.
What: Booze.
When: Thursday afternoon.
Where: Neal's place.
Warnings: Dani has a pottymouth, references to deaths that their friends have gone through. Nothing sexy, though.

Dani and Neal had mentioned a while ago that they wanted to drink and get to know each other. She knew that BB had to rehearse a whole new act - one of the other girls had found out she was pregnant and quit all of a sudden - so she'd be out most of the day. It struck her as a good time, so she packed a bottle of Bushmills and a sixer of Guinness into her purse (this was why God had made large purses, obviously) and soon was ringing the door to the Caffrey residence. She knew she'd tower over Neal in her four inch heels, but whatever; she'd just come from work, so she was in a conservative houndstooth sheath dress and her labcoat.

Neal nodded, though he laughed when she purred. "Is it not normal to feel your scalp?" He laid his head back in his own chair. "I was on my feet most of today, too. We're tracking a con woman." His tone was a bit faraway, staring at a point on the floor. "She looked a lot like an old girlfriend of mine, honestly." She'd had Kate's eyes, and it had bugged him profoundly.
