She walked back to the pair, glancing down at the dead body. She was going to be in trouble for this, wasn't she? She sighed. "Maybe I could have aimed for his leg or his shoulder, but they were in close-quarters combat!" Jenny didn't want to lose another person. She was still raw from her last loss. Sure, Rose wasn't her companion, but she still mattered. "If I'd waited for a non-lethal opening, he might have gotten away with her."
