Dinner usually got started well after she intended in the Solo house. She'd really given up planning around a specific time, and just told people when dinner was ready. Really, she had enough space and money that having a maid would have made a lot of sense, but Jaina didn't want to do that. She'd had enough experience as a child being raised by Winter and other 'staff' that she didn't want to pass that legacy on to her children.
Now that dinner was finished and on the table, Jaina was herding the twins to the sink to wash their hands. She was glad her kids had learned meditation, but they still had all the energy of normal four-year-olds, and containing that was never easy. "Go sit down," she told them, turning Chris by the shoulders to face the table. "Time to eat."
