"Well traveled as you are, I'm surprised you haven't made it to America. I was never fond of going far inland, if I can't smell the ocean, I feel utterly lost, but I've made it to Montana for a hunting trip with a couple friends of mine. I've been as far in as Austria, as far as Europe is concerned, though that was not as pleasant a trip as I had expected for it." He paused and then came back into discussion after a sip of the rum. "Been all over th'coasts of th'Americas and Europe, some of Africa, been to China, been to Australia, really, anywhere my Captain wished to go, we went. But mostly, we stayed where he reigned, right here in the Caribbean." He smiled fondly, "It is my heart, my soul."
He then added, "It's been a productive two and a half centuries, and how about your time, Miss Catherine? I'm sure that if you wished to see the sun, you were looking to expand your own horizons."
