Who: Bill Turner and Catherine Chabatier
What: Meetings and deals
Where: Sparrow and Turner's house, Tortuga Island
When: Tonight
Warnings: Billness

Bill had been called by Calliope the night earlier to set up a meeting with her long-time friend and, from what she said boss. That was fine with Bill, who liked meeting new members of their slowly growing group of vampiric allies and interests, if only to know who he had to keep an eye on. He set the meeting for 10pm, hoping it wasn't too early for Catherine, just making sure that his new ward, Agnes, was settled in bed and sleeping when she came by.

He tucked Agnes in at 8pm, he told her a story from his past, full of excitement and daring-do, before setting a glass of water on her bedside table, and he kissed her forehead and bid her good night. He closed her door behind him, leaving the nightlight on for the little girl, and adjourned to the sitting room on the first floor. He picked up a book and started reading, anticipating a knock on his door in two hours. For that time, a book was a perfect distraction, as was his bottle of blood-rum, and the mellow sound of the ocean against the cliffs nearby.
