Who: Donald and Jonathan
What: Confessions.
Where: Jonathan's apartment.
Warnings: Cuteness. Beware.
It was early evening by the time Donald had finally gathered the courage to make his way to Jonathan's apartment--he'd already gotten clearance to do so, but...he was just so damn nervous about it. He did what he saw on TV--practiced talking into a mirror, fixed his hair a hundred different times--he even spent an hour staring at his phone, contemplating whether or not to call Crane back and cancel. What did he have to say, anyway?
Oh. Hey. So you know how we've been together a lot the last couple weeks? Well, I think that we should be together for a couple more weeks. Or maybe the next few years. Forever? How's forever sound?
So, Jonathan...do you like boys? Yeah, me neither. Ick. I was just asking.
:(
Oh, you do? Yeah...me too. Not like I would talk about that to anyone, but...you know, I thought since we were friends now and everything...
Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic.
He showered for the third time to rid himself of the gel he'd saturated his hair with (again), deciding that it wasn't worth it. He'd start fresh. Pretend he hadn't spent all day trying to look good for some guy he hadn't known for that long. And WHY?
DONALD DIDN'T EVEN FUCKING LIKE BOYS.
Now he was standing outside the apartment building, staring up. It was tall. Very tall. It was just starting to get dark, and he could fill the wind picking up, ruffling his hair (HIS FRESHLY WASHED HAIR, OH YES). He shivered, then examined the doorbell chart. What floor was he on again?
Lorna Braft....................701
G. R. Kuhntz...................702
Sebastian Tardiff..............703
Jonathan Crane.................704
THERE. THERE HE WAS.
Donald's fingers trembled as he pressed the buzzer to alert him of his presence. He felt so special, having to ring up and get permission and such. But that feeling only lasted a second before it was replaced with unadulterated terror again.
