Jamie stuck his head out of an unfamiliar room, a very confused look on his face. He wasn't used to hearing strange voices. He lived with his folks in the middle of nowhere. They only took visitors once every few months. And it was almost never children that came to visit.
"Who're you?" He asked, extremely curious as he looked the girl over. "And where are we?" There were noises. City noises. Cars honking, people shouting. Something told Jamie he wasn't in Kansas anymore.
