Gar winced a bit to know she'd been there all week long feeling bad. He'd assumed that she'd been in diamond form until recently, which was part of the reason he'd taken so long to apologize; he was afraid that it'd just end up in another fight. And, if he were to be completely honest with himself, he was ashamed of how he'd acted. To know that she'd been as miserable as he was for the past week didn't cheer him up like he thought it would.
"I don't know what to do either," admitted Gar, "but we've gotten through this kind of thing before." He would have continued, but Sophie's stomach let out a noise not unlike a very angry goat, which gave Gar pause. "Well, that's a tension breaker," he said.
