Who: Soren Skwigelf and Cassidy Turner.
What: Impromptu road trip slash dinner date.
When: Saturday night.
Where: Here and there.
Warnings: They are going to try very hard to keep it PG-13.

Soren pulled on a pair of clean jeans and - shock! - a t-shirt with sleeves. It was one that Cass had bought him a while ago, and Soren figured it would be good to look nice if they were eating somewhere. Tugging on his boots, he tried to clear his mind, tried not to think about fighting with his uncle, tried not to think about the pesky itch in his fingertips that he just knew would be assuaged if only he had an X-Acto knife. That wasn't an option anymore. He wasn't that person anymore. He was better.

He moved downstairs to meet Cass, wallet already in his back pocket, sitting down on the floor and snuggling Dog while he waited. So far, in the five days of his and Cass' No Sex Experiment, Soren had only chafed himself while jacking off once, and he hadn't even had to call Teja yet. So far, so good. But he did, however, notice himself losing his temper more often. He was acting a lot more like his father, if anything else.

Sighing a little, he picked Dog up, holding him aloft and making motorboat noises as he guided the dog to his face, laughing when the animal kicked all of its legs and tried to kiss him.
