Iggy was glad that Angel was there, really, mostly because he knew that if she hadn't come along he'd have been worrying about her all day and would have called home every chance he got to make sure she was still fine, it probably would have been enough to drive Navi to unplugging the phone.
He was also glad that it was lunchtime, he'd begun to realize that his attention was waning because he was hungry and had already made a mental note to remember more snacks the rest of the week.
He'd been doing fine, aside from a couple times when the halls had been more crowded than he was used to, but he stopped short once they got to the cafeteria and it's veritable wall of sound. He shook his head his head, catching Angel's hand more securely and thumping Sam's shoulder with his usual near-uncanny accuracy, "C'mon, you get to be honorary bird-kid today."
