I want to be married to you. I'm afraid that if we put it off, something will happen." Perhaps it was paranoia, perhaps it was simply pattern recognition. Dick wasn't sure.
"But you're right, incidentally. It'll be off pretty... pretty quick." Dick laughed as a couple of people near them said "Woooooo." Like a damn studio audience. It was awesome. "Barkeep!"

"Where do people go to get married around here? You're always having beachfront things, someone has to be in charge of marrying people."

Dick jumped up, Carrie in his arms. Then he started to lose his balance, sat back down, and tried again. This time he stayed up. "Quickly! To the marriagemobile, Robin! By which I mean... walking, we're walking."
