What: Waking up the morning after Time Warp plot!

When Denny woke, he recalled a strange jumbled dream about a hospital. It'd been fairly depressing and he could clearly remember being hooked up to too many machines, but the smaller details were lost on him as he became more conscious. Before he could really stop and figure them out, he breathed out and felt his stomach graze against something warm and solid. He blinked sleep from his eyes and raised a brow as he realized the lump beside him was breathing.

"Huh," he said, voice gravelly.

Slowly, cautiously, he lifted the blanket and saw tousled blond hair. And then there was a face, partially covered by stray locks, peaceful and beautiful. Denny searched his mind, trying to figure out when she'd gotten into his bed - whoever she was. He couldn't remember ever seeing her before. He couldn't remember getting drunk anytime recently. In fact, there was nothing in his memories that could make sense of this.

"Uh..." Careful to not move too suddenly, he released the blanket and continued to think. No matter how confused he was, he couldn't exactly find it in himself to be upset. There were worse things in the world than waking up beside a beautiful woman. He just wanted to know what was going on.

	Denny sat down beside her, giving her enough room so that she wouldn't freak out too badly. He glanced at her hand, "Doesn't look like we're married," he said. "I should be thirty six. Doesn't look like I'm doing too badly," he smiled. Denny didn't really know how to function without being a bit of a charming flirt. "Are you, um, okay?" He glanced her over. It didn't look like she was going to freak out, well at least she hoped not. She glanced at her hands but there was no ring there either. "That answers that," she glanced up at him and smiled some. "No I guess it doesn't. Guess I'm not doing too bad either." If he was going to flirt with her, then she'd flirt back.

"Yeah I'm.. well it's weird but.. okay I guess. This means we're just.. dating or something? I don't even know." She was only in her panties after all. "Are you okay?"

He grinned brightly when she flirted back. Obviously this woman was a keeper. "I think we're together. I don't really make a habit of sleeping with roommates." He paused. "I'd probably make an exception for you," he added, smirking. And then he got a little serious. "I think I'm fine. Well. Fine might be too strong a word. I'm confused. But I'm not freaking out. I think we'll figure out whatever the hell is going on right now."

"Yeah me either. Well not unless they're really.. hot, which you obviously are but still." She kind of grinned at him a bit. Yeah fine wasn't the right word for things. "Right figuring out what's going on. How do you propose we do that then? There's got to be something or some way of .. I mean is it just us that's skipped ten years? And together? That's.. I mean if just one person then it would be just someone crazy. But two? That's.. I don't know but it's not crazy."

Hmming a bit she tried to figure out a way to tell. "Well we could go outside and look and ask people. Or maybe we could get online? I don't know if we even have a computer really. I only had one at school and it took forever. We don't want to tie up the phone line but we can try? It's important."

Her legs stretched out before her and she looked around to see if they had one. "Wanna try that?"

	"We can try that," Denny said, picking himself up. He walked out of the room and into another and he shouted. "We've got a computer here." 	Izzie followed him to the other room and ooh'd a bit as soon as she saw the computer. "Wow this is all nice. Technology is definitely better and prettier." Yeah prettier that was the word for it. 	"Uh..." there was a small smile on his face, there because she'd touched him. "Give me a second." He was trying to decipher how to work this without breaking it. He clicked an icon and nothing happened. "Hm." He chewed the inside of his cheek. "Let's try..." He clicked something and a browser window popped up. "That. That worked, I think." He had a really nice smile she noticed. She pulled up a chair next to his and sat down so that she could watch whatever he was doing. "Oh wow. This is. Wow. And there was no dialup. It was just always on. Oh man, I like the future. A hot guy and the internet." Maybe she was a slight nerd. "I'm not sure what we should be looking for though." It's not like either of them knew about google.

"Thanks," he laughed and it was a warm, quiet sound. "I have good taste, too." He gave her a Look that made he clear he found her hot, too.

"Keywords..." he thought it over. "We need key-" He stopped when he noticed something bookmarked. He clicked it and waited as the page loaded. It took no time at all. "Look at this... messageboards." He read to himself, frowning lightly.

Izzie wondered if she was going to spend the whole day blushing, not that she minded really. If he thought she was hot so much the better really. But then he distracted her from her thoughts by finding something.

"Oh.. message boards. Aren't most of those about porn?" um not that she looked at those. Right. "Type in a question and see if we get a response. See if someone knows what's going on?"

	He was quick to respond, the surprise of her kissing him fading as he angled himself so that they could kiss more comfortably. One of his arms raised slowly and then his hand went down her back. 	Her lips pressed against his a bit more firmly and she sighed into his mouth. And she liked the feel of his skin since he wasnt wearing a shirt, she was wearing it. 	The way he was grinning at her made her a little weak in the knees. He was so gorgeous.
