Who: Henry Spivey and Norah Skinner
What: Heart to heart
Where: Their home
When: Today

Henry felt tense and cursed at every other car on the road. Finally reaching home, he sat in his car for a moment, focusing on his breathing the way Norah -no, Dr Skinner. Breathing the way Dr Skinner had taught him long ago, before things had gotten so complicated. With a flase feeling of internal calm, Henry headed inside. He went in the back door, directly into the kitchen, and then regretted it. If he'd gone in the front, he could have slipped into the bathroom to spalsh water on his face.

He forced a smile for Norah. "Hey." He went for the fridge, to get something to drink, something to do with his hands.
