Following his instructions and learning a word or two of horsemen's lingo on the way she grinned proudly at Sara when they'd finished, and took the offered reins. She led her to the ring and in through the gate when Jack opened it, smiling her thanks over to him, her pulse throbbing with excitement. If anyone needed a moment to catch her away from the grown-up act, now would be a great one.
She looked around in awe for only a moment, then looked back at the horse, studying the equipment on her for a moment before moving closer to slide a foot into the stirrup on it's left side, and once she was up she swung her other leg over her, faltering a moment but staying calm enough to pull herself up straight. Letting out a relieved little exhale, she grinned over at Jack. "I think I might be good to go."
