Lucy had spent the majority of the day cleaning her place. Ever since Haldir had disappeared, she had let things go a bit. She didn't need to worry about money, she found. She was honestly surprised she hadn't gained about a million pounds since then, considering she pretty much had holed herself up in her flat and that was it. She tucked a strand of dark hair behind her ear, looking around. She knew that Match would be here any moment, so she wouldn't need to fidget much longer. It was going to be good to talk to someone again. She had even gotten snacks for them. She didn't know what he liked, so she'd gotten a few different things.

	He nodded. "Ahhh, yes. I understand. I was once a villain, and known for my lack of mercy, and for vendettas, mindlessness. "The greatest hero of my world was known as Superman, and the governments of the world feared him, for he did good without regard for what others saw as power or corruption. He was a good man and they feared and hated him because they could not control or corrupt him. So they sought a way to copyu him, in case they should ever need to break him, o0r kill him. They succeeded, somewhat, by creating a clone. But Superman was an alien, and as such, they had to use human DNA to complete it."

He nodded and smiled at her as he talked, his voice soft.

"They succeeded, creating a clone, who escaped them and became a hero. This maddened them and they tried again, this time cloning the clone, and adding more alien DNA. And they made a more powerful clone, a clone that was even smarter than Superman, and filled his head with knowledge and skills they wanted him to have, and brainwashed him to be their slave. And so he was. He killed and did bad deeds, until he was shown a better way, sharing a body with someone for over a year, and finding hope. He broke away and became his own man... and I am he."
