That gave the blond pause, and he tugged at his hair harder. He was finished with the cigarette anyway, so a few of the strands found their way into his mouth. "I don't - don't not - " Pausing, he rolled up his window to give himself something to do while collecting his thoughts and waiting for his blush to go away. Breathing in hard, he looked at Cass.

"It's not that I haven't thought about marrying you." That didn't make the blush go away. Quite the opposite, it made it about a thousand times worse. "And p'fft, Amanda. I was thinking about you most of the time anyway."
