Who: Bill Turner, Captain Jack Sparrow, and the Freedom What: Rescuing their ship! Where: London When: Tonight! Warnings: Pirates.
Bill had seen many interesting, familiar faces come and go in the world already - some were friends, some were enemies - and yet he'd never thought he'd see the day when his lovely ship, his child and creation for Jack, would come to this world. He had missed her greatly. He could still play back in his mind the way her hull would creak and groan in the day while they slept, and how she truly lived up to her name. She was a freer spirit than the Pearl had been, and even her voice was more lilting and light than the Pearl's had been. After a while, he stopped comparing the two and simply accepted Freedom as his home, as his darling delight.
And now she had a body. And that body was currently at a museum. He'd alerted Jack nearly immediately that their ship had shown up, and within minutes, they were out the door and in the car, on their way to the maritime museum.
He stepped out of the car and made his way beside Jack, up the front steps and through the door, taking deliberate, measured, long strides down the hall to the model ship room, looking for his girl.
