The day was going rather slow, for once, and Belle was somewhat relieved. It was just before the Friday rush, and she was taking coffee on the balcony of the Starbucks on the second floor. The view wasn't as spectacular as the restaurant on roof had, but it was kind of nice, in a way, to be able to put a name and face on the people rushing by. At this point, Belle had met most of the people who usually rushed to and fro in front of her business, and half the people from the surrounding blocks.

She was waiting for Caris, who was going to help her get ready for their Halloween party, the first major holiday the Companion House would be celebrating. Which pushed Belle's mind from all the cloak and dagger stuff she'd been doing the past couple days.

Caris smiled, eyes bright.

She settled next to Belle, short skirt brushing the other woman's side. Caris was unabashedly sexual and unabashed about her body, which is why she rarely wore underwear and wore short or revealing clothing. It amused her to be in demand for her talents, and be able to dress as she wished, even so.

"Thanks! Anything with chcoclate in it would be great!"

	Belle waved for the barista. "Two iced mochas. S'il vous plait." If she was paying, she wasn't getting up. The barista grumbled, but made their drinks. She smirked at Caris, and squeezed her leg, right above her knee. "What have you got for me?" (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Caris grinned and nodded, letting her leg wiggle in the other woman's grip, and pulling out her portfolio.

"So far it is a spread."

She spread out the pictures, depicting a scene of the ballroom, and grounds pictures as well, combining elements of medi-eval architecture and dresses as well as modern lighting, concealed within period pieces.

"This is my first idea... If you look here and here, you see it fits your setting perfectly, and can be arranged around everything you have now."

Caris nodded.

"of course. I wanted to present you with several ideas."

She pulled out te next two sets of papers.

"Here is a set up based on the current 50s craze. All easy to implement."

The design showed a 50s diner and cafe, surrounded by the usual glitz.

"Then we have a wild west meets aliens piece."

This one had wild west elements along side gleaming chrome and alien pictures, as the aliens chased cowboys across murals.

The sound of a toddler laughing and chattering appeared before the source. A very tiny boy was being carried by a much larger man, who was pretending to eat him.

Louis had agreed to watch Angela, since all the twins had spent all morning arguing.

Marcus squealed and waved at Belle, and yelled 'Mama!', which made Marius look up. He smiled at his mom, and then blinked a little at Caris.

Wow. She was hot. He set Marcus down and ordered a coffee, figuring his baby self would make a beeline for their mom.

Of course. And it was just the motion that drew Marius's attention, nothing else.

He took the seat next to her, relaxing a little. Oh, good. She was interested too.

"I'm a surgeon and pharmacist. I travel to the less affluent regions and help people as much as I can."

Some of the things he'd done in that capacity weren't great coffee conversation, so he stopped there. "How did you get into planning parties?"

	She grinned as she listened. "I enjoy making people smile. It's fun, and costumes and dressing up places is fun too." She wiggled slightly, and her skirt crept up a little more, to her upper-thighs. She groaned softly, and shuddered, legs opening as her hand stroked across the front of him, rubbing along his pants gently. She pulled her hand back and gently moved away from his hand, biting her lip as she did.

"Not now, loverboy. But come prepared on Friday, and I will make sure you have a good time."

She kissed him softly.

"I like having fun with geeks, and sex is lots of fun."
