Domino flopped on the bed, kicking her boots off as an afterthought. She was annoyed at how tired she was getting these days, as though she needed four more hours of sleep every night.

"Ugh. At least I know I'm healthy. Except for the parasite."

Despite her words, she was smiling softly. "What did you think of her, Nate? The doctor, I mean."

	She smiled softly, and kissed him, hoping to put everything she was feeling into the kiss. "Sleep well, love. I'll see you in a few hours." His heat and presence made it easier for her to fall asleep. She always felt safer and more relaxed around him. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
