When he finally spoke she jumped a little because she hadn't really expected him to still be there. If their places were reversed she probably would've run. She would've ended up regretting it later but she realized then that Kyle was a better person than she was.
Rushing forward when he asked her to tell him that she loved him. She got down on her knees in front of him and put her hands on his knees and looked up at him.
