Who: Donatello and Navi
What: Pizza!
Where: New York
When: This evening
Warnings: Shouldn't have any.

Donatello, although pleased that he was in a library and was able to blend in, still had the second nature of paranoia. He was used to having people outright stare at him if he was in public, and humans were rather cruel and opinionated when a six foot tall turtle walked around in broad daylight. However, people fairly much ignored him, or treated him just like everyone else, now that he was human, himself. It was a strange feeling, but not an unpleasant one. Definitely something that Don needed to get used to.

At the moment, he was at a computer terminal near the entrance of the library, with his bo staff tucked between the straps of his backpack. It gave him the right amount of counterbalance, something he was used to. It was odd, having five fingers and no shell, but he was maintaining. And it seemed that he needed his glasses.

He waited for Navi, who seemed to be a good person to ask about the world, since she herself wasn't human previously, and would have a better perspective of things than a normal human would. That, and for some reason, he just seemed to trust her over any other person for the very same reasons.

He nodded and hopped down the closest fire escape onto the ground, landing and holding his bo staff in a relaxed position, not even a bit out of breath. "You know, I've only been here once, and it was only one part of it? This place is huge. I always wanted to go and play chess with the old masters here, and go to the tea house by the lake. I know it sounds a bit cheesy, but you can live in the city all your life and miss out on a whole lot. I have seen the Guggenheim, though. But I wasn't able to stay and look at all the art. Same goes for the Smithsonian and the Met."

He used his staff as a walking stick and most people just ignored him. It was so odd, not being stared at or intentionally avoided. He smiled slightly. "I can finally go to a real school. Maybe even get a job."
