"Yeah, I know," Buffy said a little surprised that she even called Xander a badass. "People do things, or act a certain way when well, they have to I guess. And hey, Xander did have his badass moments. You just weren't around for that apparently," she defended him with a shrug.
"Yeah. I really don't know, I mean, yeah, they're all gonna flip and try a little bit harder now that all three of us are missing. I hope Dawn's okay," she said a little quietly.
Buffy looked on at the vampies taking a break from you know, bloodsucking the innocent to play cards. Faith grabbed onto Buffy's arm and held her back just as Buffy was starting to go for the charge.
"Okay, apparently we switched roles. What's stopping you?" Buffy asked, raising her eyebrow. Yeah, Buffy was well aware that there were vampires who had souls, blah blah, but there were only two that she knew of, and they were in the real world. Not in some alternate universe. With a sigh, she held onto her trusty stake and looked at her friend.
"Okay," she shrugged and gave Faith a look. "Wanna go play with them?" Buffy grinned a little, mostly teasing. Buffy wasn't really the card playing type anyway and to play with vampires? The closest she ever got to doing that was playing war with Spike. Yep, the easiest card game that ever lived. Besides fifty two pick up. She hated that game.
