Lulu admired the outline as much as she could with the mirror, smiling and turning to and fro. After accepting the cigarette she inhaled greedily, closing her eyes in contentment as she exhaled. His words made her chuckle. "I didn't know what Skwisgaar was when I first started to care about him. To be honest, I thought he came on far too strong the first time we chatted on the boards. Then we became friends. He's not from my universe - I don't even really have a conception of what he used to do beyond what people tell me."
She moved by the ashtray, smiling at his story. "Regular people can be the most heroic, though. My ex-fiance, Chappu, he didn't have any powers. But he was the most brave man I'd ever known. Very good at blitzball. Funny. Kind." If she was aware of the dreamy smile on her face she gave no indication of it. "Normal people - so you call them - are the most important, as there are more of them. And to be honest, magic is simply having the inclination to practice spells over and over and over again. I taught Skwisgaar a very simple spell, so anyone can do it, I think. Though I doubt my teachers at home would have agreed with me."
