He thought for a second. "I like them both. And I was born on the border of two countries. Marius was my grandfather's name, but he was my maternal grandfather. Mom was kind of out of it when the American staff came to name me, and Dad forgot what they were going to name me. When mom was awake, she grabbed a Canadian doctor and demanded that I get a birth certificate right then. So in Canada I'm Marius, and in America I'm Marcus, and in Genosha, which is where we live in my time, I have a slash between them."
He pulled out his wallet, showing her his driver' s license. "Check it out."
