He smiled brightly at her when she giggled. There were very very few things that Navi did which weren't extremely cute. "You do like smart things, huh? And here I thought you were marrying me for more than my brains." He was teasing and he poked her gently in the ribs.

"If I'm sure of anything, that'd be it. How lucky any kid would be to have you for a mother." Really, Alec was nervous about it, only because he'd never had any kind of parent figure in his life. He had a drill sergeant. "You forgot the super beautiful. I mean, you're stunning, and I'm not so bad on the eyes either."
