What: Forcing him to try Taco Bell
Warnings: They might end up slapping and pulling each other's hair in a non-kinky sort of way.

Why Zatanna was going out of her way to nice to some stuffy old guy and taking him to Taco Bell was beyond her. Maybe she was just hungry, which she was. Taco's sounded good. She couldn't believe someone hadn't ever tried Taco Bell before. What was wrong with this world? She wasn't sure she even wanted to know where he was that there wasn't a Taco Bell. It seemed blasphemous almost.

She'd left her apartment with a quick, "knabruB ni lleB ocaT eht ot em ekaT." which made her arrive at the Taco Bell in a puff of smoke. She didn't need a portkey, she was just awesome like that. She looked around, seeing if Stephen was there yet. This was going to be interesting at least.

She wasn't speaking backwards, so he was pretty much in the clear. But she did take her hand off him, sensing his uneasiness. "Not usually mystical.. usually the very naughty and dirty and hot kinky sort of bad influence. Your usual human vices.." even if she wasn't human. She got up from her seat and threw away their trash before coming back. "Thank you for letting me buy you dinner.."

A moment of clarity seemed to pass over his face as he replied with a very exaggerated "ohhh". Stephen wasn't really one for things labeled as such. He'd pretty much label himself as a very vanilla sort of bedroom partner, even if he was capable of heightening senses and performing all sorts of enhancements due to his magical abilities. "Does this mean you'll let me get the next one?"

	If she knew, she would wonder if no one had bothered to teach him things or whether he just wasn't into that whole thing. Though really, after John, most people seemed vanilla to her. It wasn't that no one had thought to teach him things; Stephen Strange just didn't engage in sex like it was going out of style. When you got to be his age, sex's place of importance drastically lowers. He'd spent most of his adult life being a pompous ass before his accident, then after becoming a sorcerer, he spent all of his time deal with supernatural phenomena. "I wouldn't mind. As you said, we have to stick together," and he gave her a soft smile. "Though I pick the place next time."

"I have surgeries scheduled this week, but my weekend seems free. I'm sure I'll want the company of a lovely young sorceress after grueling through hours in the operating room." Sometimes after such a long schedule, he usually withdrew into the privacy of his sanctum. "I'll take you to this nice bistro in Italy. Fine wine, authentic Italian food. You can't ask for anything better than that. They have live music on the weekends."

"Well I've got lots of shows in Vegas to perform. I'm an entertainer.. but usually my hours are pretty flexible.." she told him. "You're sure you'll want my company?" she couldn't help but be amused since she had given him such a hard time. She really liked teasing him, it was kind of fun. "Taking me to Italy on a second date, and all I've taken you too is Taco Bell.. I feel like I should give you a blowjob or something to make up for it." it was hard to tell if she was being serious.

"You could go ahead and call it a down payment for the future," he replied very fast as if he'd been thinking that the entire time. Sometimes even Stephen Strange was capable of a little bit of vulgar humor. Then he tilted his head, "Are your hours as flexible as you undoubtedly are?" he asked with a perfect poker face, one hand in his pocket and the other still holding what was left of his soda as he happily slurped away until the loud sound of an emptying cup rang out.

If the response through her off, it didn't show on her face. She just leaned in, "Just for future? Holding it over my head? Why am I not surprised? But if you think you can just tell me to get down on my knees whenever you want and call in a favor.." she reached over and ran her finger around the rim of his cup. "You'll have to think again.." she licked her lips and looked up at him. "My schedule and I would bend over backwards if it meant satisfaction, honeypie."

"Oh I don't plan to hold it over your head, it's just for the next one. Anything else would have to be exchanged upon other dates." He eyed the way she ran her finger around the rim slowly, like she was trying to draw some kind of reaction out of him. "It would be very unlike me to hold something over one's head like that." Not that he'd give her a call randomly for that kind of trade.

	Wondering if that meant she really did want her to blow him the next time, she just nodded her head. If she had been trying to draw something out of him, and he hadn't responded, she'd pretty much give up. Sure he was kind of flirting back, but only seemed interested in food. "Good to know. "You take things just a little bit too much at face value, don't you?" It was adorable how she had a somewhat bit of a pout going. "You don't have to do that to me. I wouldn't make sex a requirement of any kind of date. Haven't you ever heard of going with the natural ebb and flow of things? Maybe it will steer that way, maybe it won't. We'll just have to see won't we?"

"Face value is all that people have, sweets," she answered with a shrug. "I didn't think you'd make it a requirement. You're just not very good with women." And then she shook her head, "No, not really. You see.. I know it's really hard.. when you're so old you don't know the meaning of living anymore. And that you don't really have to worry about things like short life spans and making the most of things in the moment because you have all the time in the world. But for us small little peons down here on earth, we don't have that luxury. I can't live my life waiting to see if I'm going to not die. I wouldn't want that for anything. "I could tell. That whole.. arrogant beyond belief thing kinda tipped it off.. though I'd say bad at people in general then just.. bad at women.." she ah'd a bit. "She's not here.. but.. if she turned up, you'd still be married. Right right.." maybe she'd have to stay away. That was never good. Either that he was married or that he had contemplated being with her whilst married, she didn't know which. "Burden's suck baby.. that's why you gotta y'know.. live a little.. really you seriously need to loosen up."

She nodded her head, "Yeah we can still do dinner, why not? Not like I'll be blowing you under the table, right?"
