She smiled at the idea of Sweeney getting new friends, and was actually as excited to see his blade as she was the end result. His blades and their handles were works of art, and the loving care he gave them warmed her heart a bit.
Sipping her tea, she nervously tapped a foot, waiting for his return. She was glad it wasn't long, and she was soon studying the box he'd brought back with him. Scooting nearer, she set her tea down on a nearby table and smiled broadly when he told her about the blade he'd selected.
"Sweeney, do you know what my name means? Ko is child. Sada means chaste. You could not have picked better if you'd tried." Surely it was serendipity.
