Hey everyone, it's Amy! And I come bearing the new Lavender Brown! You can thank Emmy, aka Captain Enabler. Lavender is a former Gryffindor and a bit of a ditz. She's outgoing, loves gossip and shopping and is general just a girly girl. She's also a writer! Lavender Brown is the writer of torrid bodice-rippers. The "Sorceress of Cornwall" series started with the first book, "Harem" and then there was the sequel "Lost Love Found" and she's currently working on a third. If you were a girl friend (or a gay guy friend) or hers in school, you probably got passed the smutty stories she used to write.

Oh and biggest of the big... yes, this Lavender is still pregnant, with Seamus Finnigan's baby. She's about 24 weeks along (look, a handy dandy count down-er!) and if you're wondering where she's been for the past couple months, well... Ven is kind of flighty. She got a bit panicked and ran away and has been living in Wales with a maiden Aunt and she didn't tell anyone. (Except maybe Parvati, but we don't have a Vati.) But she's gonna come back, so have no fear! Her and Seamus are BFFs who were in a sort of pseudo romantic/sexual relationship that wasn't really serious. Except it had consequences, obviously.

Also, though she went by "Lav" in school, about a year ago she decided that Lav makes her think of lavatories and EW, she doesn't want to be associated with BATHROOMS, gross! So call her Ven! :D And you can read more about her there.
