Are you tired of seeing nothing but 20 year-old scenesters at RPG icon sites? Have you spent the past hour looking for pictures of anyone over the age of 30? Overweight? Not white? Or GASP- ugly? Well, unsungheroes hopes to fill that need by providing icons that are a little more diverse than what you'd normally find on a PB icon journal.
UH understands that it's a real pain to credit all of your icons. So all we ask in return is that you stick something on your userinfo linking back to us. It can be in 3 point font, whatever. But why spend hours typing in our user name? We'd also love to be friended, see comments, etc. so we know what icons are being used but it's not necessary. All icons are bases. Take them, love them, abuse them, change them. We just want to see more of these non-standard avatars in action!
NOTE: This is NOT one of those icon communities where you have to join to see all the icons - all of icons are open to the public. You are welcome to friend this journal, but membership will be limited to the maintainers and any icon maker they know personally.
