For once Mikael was early instead of fashionable late and promptly decided that this was something worth celebrating. Leaning against the bar he ordered a double shot of whiskey before his eyes scanned the crowd. Considering that it was Monday evening there were quite a lot of people and Mikael enjoyed the steady flow of conversation around him. He'd gotten off work early today and actually managed to grab an hour of sleep and a proper meal before getting ready for the night. Tonight's choice of clothing was on the more colourful side. Blue washed-out jeans, tight red t-shirt, black cardigan and orange scarf. What to say, Mikael was in a good mood tonight.

Downing his first shot of whiskey his eyes wandered to the door as he grew just a bit impatient. Waiting was one of the things he didn't like at all.

Yeah, the Ministry were more than stupid. They were out of their bloody minds. Just what was running through their heads when they picked out who Draco had the pleasure of spending his life with. Did they want him to commit suicide or even worse, homicide? Because he probably would if he could be bothered. It made him cringe and shiver everytime his mind pondered on the subject. Which was pretty much every ten minutes.

Draco wrinkled his nose in distaste as once again, an image of Katie flew through his mind. Last time he had seen her was back at school and even then he didn’t think of her to be a very present looking girl. Draco just had high standards. He titled his head to Asteria and took another swig of his drink – that was how it felt. Speechless, depressed and ruddy pissed off still. “Not really.” He offered a verbal response and went back to tipping the rest of the glasses contents down his throat. “How about you?” It took a great deal of effort for Draco to remember he wasn’t the only person going through the Ministry’s shit at the moment. To him, he was suffering the most, but it didn’t mean others weren’t suffering either.
