You give people tips on how to work out. Make sure they have good form, help them with nutrition and jazz. And you do some martial arts and self defense classes, too.

Yeah, I work out a lot. I'm a rock star, so I have to keep in good shape and everything.

Wow. I mean, adjustments for me include my voice is lower, the ground is further away and is that stubble on my face? 17-18 years sounds like a lot more to adjust to.
